Members must complete the registration process, including providing relevant information and the required materials during registration.
To use some or all features of the services, members must complete the application process as per the methods specified at the time, and must read and agree to the User Terms, Membership Terms, and Privacy Policy of this website before accessing the services.
3. Validity of Membership Terms
These Membership Terms remain in effect from the time you register as a member of the website until the website ceases to provide membership services. These Terms apply to all members during this period, excluding cases of unilateral termination of services. For detailed membership information, please refer to the Membership Benefits section.
4. Modifications and Termination of Membership Terms
101 Tea reserves the right to amend these Membership Terms. When significant changes are made, the Company will post the revised terms and notices of the impact in prominent locations on the website. By continuing to use the website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Membership Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise stipulated in these Membership Terms, if a member violates these Terms, the Company may, by written or electronic notice, request amendments within a specified period. If the violation is not rectified within the period, the Company may suspend or revoke membership or terminate the service.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The governing law and jurisdiction are consistent with those outlined in the above User Terms.
General Card Membership

- Online Registration: Upon completing registration, you will become a General Card member.
- Accumulation Period: There is no expiry limit for General Card member spending accumulation. Once your spending reaches NT$26,000 (inclusive), you will be upgraded to Silver Card membership.
- Shopping Benefits:
- Receive a NT$100 coupon upon membership registration.
- Periodic coupon distributions.
- Discounts vary depending on the promotions.
Silver Card Membership
[Upgrade with Spending, Easy Renewal]
- Upgrade Method: General Card members can upgrade to Silver Card membership after accumulating NT$26,000 (inclusive) in spending. (For the first time, the membership period starts from the day you become a Silver Card member and lasts until the end of the following month. For example, if you become a Silver Card member on October 1, 2023, your membership period will be until September 30, 2024.)
- Renewal Method: Silver Card members can renew their status for another year by spending NT$23,999 (inclusive) or more within the cumulative period. (The renewal period starts from the new cumulative date and lasts for 12 months. For example, if the membership expires on September 30, 2024, the new period will be from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, and the second-year renewal period will be from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, and so on.)
- Shopping Benefits:
- Enjoy a 10% discount at checkout (excluding sale or promotional items).
- Birthday Gift: A coupon "HappyBirthday" for NT$200, valid for 30 days. For a single purchase of NT$1,600 or more, you can use this coupon once. The coupon will be sent 7 days in advance.
- Periodic distribution of shopping credits, gift vouchers, and coupons.

Gold Card Membership
[Upgrade with Spending, Easy Renewal]
- Upgrade Method: To upgrade to Gold Card membership, you must accumulate NT$50,000 (inclusive) in spending within a specified period of 180 days.
- Renewal Method: To renew, you need to spend NT$47,999 (inclusive) or more within the 180-day period. Renewal will be automatic. (The renewal period starts from the new cumulative date and lasts for 180 days. For example, if the membership expires on March 31, 2024, the new period will be from April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. The second renewal period will be from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, and so on.)
- Shopping Benefits:
- Enjoy a 13% discount at checkout (excluding sale or promotional items).
- Birthday Gift: A coupon "HappyBirthday" for NT$300, valid for 30 days. For a single purchase of NT$2,000 or more, you can use this coupon once. The coupon will be sent 7 days in advance.
