Anti-Fraud Awareness
Dear Valued Customer,
101 TEA will never, under any circumstances, request your financial account or credit card information via SMS or phone call. We will also not ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM through these methods.
If you receive such calls or messages, please stay vigilant. Do not trust unknown instructions, and if in doubt, contact 101 TEA immediately or call the National Police Agency's Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
Be cautious of incoming calls displaying prefixes such as "+", "+2", or "+886". These may be altered to impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Avoid clicking on unfamiliar links, accepting friend invitations on LINE from unknown contacts, or responding to suspicious text messages.
Common fraud tactics include claiming "duplicate orders" or "incorrect installment settings" to gain your trust and then asking you to operate online banking or ATM processes. If the matter is related to bank transactions, contact your bank directly. If someone requests you to perform account operations or provide personal information, please refuse to comply to minimize the risk of fraud.
Additionally, we recommend regularly updating your passwords, using strong password combinations (a mix of uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers), and avoiding entering your account credentials on public computers to enhance your information security.
Wishing you a safe and pleasant experience,
(101 TEA) Yih Ling Yih Enterprise Co., Ltd.
