RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and related regulations in Taiwan, 101 TEA offers a 7-day appreciation and hesitation period for members. Please note that this is not a trial period. If you are dissatisfied with the product after inspection, please do not open or use it, and immediately proceed with the return process as per the return policy. For food items, please do not open the packaging. Once the food product is exposed to air after unsealing, 101 TEA will refuse any return or exchange.

 

To request a return or exchange, please ensure that the product remains unopened and in its original packaging. Keep the product, accessories, internal and external packaging, accompanying documents, and necessary receipts in the original shipping box. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the product for return/exchange.

 

 

Friendly Reminder

101 TEA offers a 7-day appreciation and hesitation period, but please note that this is not a trial period. If the product has been opened and consumed, it cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been used and cannot be restored to its original condition. If you find that the product does not meet your needs or taste preferences after consumption, we are unable to process a return or exchange. Please be mindful of this policy!

 

Return/Exchange Conditions and Important Notes:

  1. If you find any damage, discrepancies, or issues with the product upon receipt, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the product arrives (including weekends and holidays).
  2. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the "Contact Us" button at the bottom right of the page. After confirming your details with our customer service, you will need to return the product to 101 TEA. Once the product is verified and returned, we will proceed with the exchange or refund. If the return request is due to personal preference or factors other than product defects, the customer must cover the shipping costs for both ways. (e.g., one-way shipping fee is $100; exchange will require $200 for two-way shipping).
  3. The 7-day appreciation period starts from the day the product is delivered. The product must be returned in its original condition. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. If the product has been used or the packaging/accessories have been opened and used, we will not be able to accept a return. Therefore, please thoroughly review the product and its usage instructions before placing your order and upon receiving the product.   4. If a member repeatedly orders in large quantities and returns them (malicious behavior), 101 TEA reserves the right to refuse returns and cancel the membership.

 

Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:

  1. Items outside the 7-day appreciation period.
  2. No defects or damage found upon inspection.
  3. Incomplete product returns.
  4. The return/exchange service is only available in Taiwan. If the product is taken out of Taiwan or shipped internationally, the customer will bear all associated shipping costs for return or exchange.
