These services include, but are not limited to, the Company’s products, website, and website activities. Before using any services provided by the Company, please read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them and all relevant laws.

If you are under 20 years old, please have your parent(s) or guardian(s) read, understand, and agree to all the contents of these Terms. By continuing to use this website, it is presumed that your parent(s) or guardian(s) have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

   • Strictly prohibiting any behavior that interferes with, invades, or damages network systems or resources.
   • Strictly prohibiting the upload of any threatening, obscene, or unlawful content that may harm public order.
   • Strictly prohibiting the distribution of computer viruses.
   • Strictly prohibiting the use of automated robots, software, or any mechanical or electronic devices. The use of such software or devices will disqualify you from participating in website activities.

6. Transaction Behavior

• When you use this service to make a transaction, you must follow the product quantity and price confirmation mechanism provided by the Company. After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming that the order has been received. Until the order status is updated to "Order Status: Confirmed," the Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the order.
• If, after conducting a transaction, you arbitrarily cancel the order, return or exchange goods without reason, or engage in any improper behavior that causes damage to the Company, we may refuse to continue the transaction or cancel your membership.
• If the product you ordered falls under the following conditions: (1) pre-order items, (2) items shown as out of stock, (3) items requiring special procurement from suppliers, and the order cannot be completed due to product transaction characteristics, the Company will notify you via email and coordinate the best course of action.
• When you use this service for a transaction, you may exercise your rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

7. Privacy

• The Company highly values users' privacy. Whether or not you are a member of the Company’s website, all users of this website are protected under the privacy protection measures outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content presented in this service (including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, and technology) is the intellectual property of the Company. Without the Company's written consent, you are prohibited from copying, using, modifying, or decompiling the source code.
• The content provided on this website is for reference only. All details are subject to the final government-approved documents and legal texts. All images are for reference purposes.

9. Disclaimer

• The Company will not be held liable if the service is temporarily suspended or interrupted, in whole or in part, due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable factors.
• The Company is not responsible for any disruptions to the service caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, unauthorized interference, fraudulent activity, natural disasters, or any event that affects the continuation, security, fairness, and rationality of the service. Within the scope permitted by law, the Company has the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend the service, or limit your access to the service in part or in whole.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• The governing law for these terms is the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and will be interpreted accordingly.
• In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or disagreements regarding the rights and obligations outlined herein, the parties involved shall resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation and litigation is necessary, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan will be the court of first instance.

Shipping Fees Calculation:

• Free shipping for orders over NT$3600 (limited to Taiwan main island).
• Shipping fees for orders under NT$3600:
  • Taiwan main island: Basic shipping fee is NT$100 or more.
  • Outlying islands: Basic shipping fee is NT$200 or more.

7-11 Pickup (Cash on Delivery or Pickup at Store):

• Limited to 5 kg per parcel.
• Package dimensions: Length + Width + Height ≤ 105 cm, longest side ≤ 45 cm.
• Weight: 40 g < total weight ≤ 5 kg.
• If the weight exceeds the limit, the order will be canceled or additional shipping fees will be charged.
  (We recommend choosing Black Cat Delivery for better service.)

International Shipping Fees:

• If the product with packaging: Length × Width × Height (in cm) ÷ 6000 > actual weight (in kg), the shipping fee will be based on the dimensions.
• Different countries may have import duties or taxes, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.
• If the goods are selected for random inspection and incur additional charges, these costs will be borne by the recipient. If the recipient refuses to accept the goods, any associated fees, or if the goods are destroyed or returned, the loss will also be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Methods:

• Home Delivery:
  • If you wish to specify the delivery time, please indicate the preferred time in the "Notes" section on the checkout page.
• 7-11 Pickup:
  • When choosing "7-11 Pickup", the convenience store will verify your identity. Please ensure that you provide your "real name" to avoid any issues with identity verification at the store. We recommend picking up the package yourself and bringing an identification document (such as ID card, health insurance card, or driver's license) that matches the name on the package.
  • You will receive an email notification when the package is shipped, and a text message once it arrives at the store. Please ensure you check the email and SMS notifications registered with your order (note: if you have blocked business advertisement texts or haven't turned on your phone for a long time, you may not receive notifications).
  • If you do not pick up the package within 7 days of arrival, it will be returned to the original store, and you will be notified for collection. To have it redelivered, you need to pay an additional shipping fee of NT$70 (or change to home delivery with an additional fee of NT$100, or pick it up yourself).
  • If you accumulate one instance of not picking up the package, your account will be blacklisted, and you will not be able to use the "7-11 Pickup" service.
  • If the recipient's information is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or no one is available to sign for the package, resulting in a return, you will need to pay for the additional shipping costs to have the package resent.
• International Shipping:
  • For overseas shipments to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, and Japan.
• Taipei Donghu Store Pickup:
  • You can choose to pick up your order from our Taipei Donghu store.

Important Notes:

• Shipping Time:
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirming the order (excluding holidays). Please be patient and wait for the shipment.
• Out-of-Stock Items:
  • If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays), we will notify you in advance. Please respond promptly after receiving the notification.
• Order Cancellation:
  • If payment is not completed within seven days after order confirmation, the system will automatically cancel the order without further notice. We appreciate your understanding.
• Order Acceptance Rights:
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders. If an order is canceled without valid reason or if there are malicious returns, the customer will be blacklisted, and future transactions will be declined.
• International Shipping:
  • International shipments will be packed in vacuum-sealed bags. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volumetric weight, and the system will automatically calculate it during checkout.
  • If you prefer packaging with tea tins or gift boxes, the shipping cost will double. Therefore, we use vacuum bags and cardboard boxes for international orders by default.
  • If you require tea tins or gift box packaging, you will need to cover the additional shipping cost.
  • For international shipping, the maximum net weight of tea per package is limited to 2 kg. Orders exceeding this weight will incur additional shipping fees and will be shipped separately the next day.
